To learn more, visit <a href="http://www.publicconsultinggroup.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WLM0"><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">www.publicconsultinggroup.com</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></a>.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversees base salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and salary survey participation and procurement. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization's pay programs. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manages annual compensation planning cycle including development of incentive salary increase budgets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supports implementation and ongoing maintenance of salary structure</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supports annual budget planning process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supports Recruiting team and hiring process and partners with HRBPs to determine appropriate compensation for employees</span></p></li><li><p><span>Presents data and analysis appropriate at all levels of the organization</span></p></li><li><p><span> Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li><p><span> Analytical with strong project management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be part of a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent oral and written communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in ERP/SaaS solutions (ADP Vantage, Lattice, Workday) is preferred</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Compensation:</b></p><p><span><span>Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.</span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p>Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000-$95,000.
