Role and Responsibilities:

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while ensuring the highest standards of McDonald's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, setting goals and providing coaching to ensure departmental and restaurant success
  • Develop and train managers to maintain a high-performing team
  • Plan and implement strategies to achieve restaurant goals
  • Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, and food handling standards
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management for all team members
  • Drive restaurant profitability and operational efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous General Manager experience at high-volume locations preferred
  • Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
