The Research Analyst will manage internal projects, produce high-quality research reports, and collaborate with various teams to ensure project success while delivering actionable insights through data analysis. Responsibilities Participate in client meetings to fully understand project objectives and ensure alignment with research deliverables Oversee full-cycle project management, collaborating with operations teams to ensure quality control, proper validation, and adherence to project timelines Conduct statistical analysis and create reporting plans to interpret and present research findings clearly Develop clear and concise research reports based on data analysis, ensuring insights are actionable and client needs are met Monitor project progress, ensuring data integrity and that all project stages (e.g., pre-test, fieldwork, post-field analysis) meet quality standards Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline) 1 to 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field Proficiency with research and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar) Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset Manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines Clearly communicate with teams/clients and translate complex data into insights Interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making Address issues efficiently to maintain project quality and flow Prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget Use digital, automation, and AI tools effectively, applying critical thinking and adaptability Understand, adopt, and apply AI tools to enhance performance and support decision-making Benefits Must work one day in office per week.
