Junior Analyst - Power Bi Dashboard Developer

They are seeking a Junior Analyst to support their Data and Technology Solutions team by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analyses. Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for both internal and external stakeholders Perform dashboard quality assurance testing in accordance with established team guidelines Support version control processes and adhere to analytics development best practices Manage multiple priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment Develop subject matter expertise in StepStone’s business model, private markets industry, and emerging data analytics trends Skills Prior experience working with data models and business intelligence platforms Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects or coursework that added measurable value Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy, particularly important given the QA responsibilities of this role Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and BI best practices Effective communicator, able to clearly document issues, flag discrepancies, and summarize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to change Naturally inquisitive, eager to learn new technologies and industry best practices Bachelor's degree in STEM related field preferred but not required Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus Benefits Multiple Employment Resource Groups Mentorship programs to enhance the employee experience for all Company Overview StepStone Group provides investors with customized portfolios that integrate primaries, secondaries, and co-investments.
